Boost Me Up Brow & Lash Serum

The formula is lightweight and goes on nicely.

I felt the formula could be more hydrating. I don't like lash serums that are super thick and weigh down the lashes however, the moisture didn't last very long. I also haven't really noticed any significant growth in my lashes. I have seen some improvement in how brittle they are but again, nothing significant.
