HaruHaru WONDER - ctruth review for Black Rice Hyaluronic Essence

I'm a huge fan of Haru Haru but this product is my least favorite from the brand. Its not a bad product at all, just not one I reach for often. It's a thicker "essence," I'd say it's a serum but it's debatable. It's hydrating and I like it. However i don't notice much plumping or hydration when using it. I fine other products by them alot more hydrating and benefiting to use. I love the packaging and everything about HaruHaru however I won't be repurchaing this.
