I love the texture and finish of this cream eyeshadow. Platinum is a beautiful taupe color, I thought the shade looked cool rather than warm and I wasn’t sure it would suit my warm skin tone but it’s actually neutral-warm on me. I think it looks great on warm skintones. It’s shimmery but not over the top. It doesn’t crease and stays on for hours. It layers well with other eyeshadows and can be used with or without a primer. Can be applied with a brush or finger.
I usually wear this as a one-and-done eyeshadow. It suits both day and night looks. For a subtle look, I’d use this together with a simple liner and a coat of mascara. For an evening look, I’d use a thicker eyeliner and two to three coats of mascara or false lashes.
