It wasn't enough of a difference in my scalp that it was worth adding an extra step to my routine. And if I didn't follow up with conditioner, it would have tangled my fragile strands so badly!!

This stuff smells so, so good! It also helped soothe any itchiness I had in my scalp. I used a conditioner afterward though, and I did notice a lot less frizz when it dried. I will say though that my husband uses this on his shaved head and he LOVES it. He's been looking for something that is part shampoo, part skincare. This is just the thing! So 5/5 if you have a flaky shaved head like him.
