The texture reminds of niacinamide but slimier. It feels good going on the skin. It is doesn’t sting at all. I love it. I noticed that it’s healed my dry skin patches that came from chemical peels. It also soothes the skin as it heals. It does not treat dark spots! That’s not what it’s for. It does build the skins protective barrier as claimed and I love that it gives me a glass skin look. I apply it after cleansing and toning my skin. I usually do not apply moisturizer after as it really makes my skin feel moist and supple. I don’t use it daily since I rotate my skin routine. Using chemical exfoliants on some days and this on other days. I bought it on Amazon for under $30. It’s worth every penny. A little goes a long way. I’ve used it for the past two months. I recommend buying biodegradable paper towels so that your skin is very clean before application. Use clean fingers to apply it to dry skin and watch it work it’s magic. Great product!
