sephora recently restocked this after being sold out for months & i just had to try it to see what the hype was about! this was good at removing waterproof makeup and is super gentle even though there are bits of oats in it. i recommend if you use this, to warm it up in your hands before applying to your face, this way it emulsifies quicker. i would also recommend this to those who need something gentle + soothing for the skin as a first step cleanser
unfortunately this was not really it for me.. first off, it’s crazy hard to get out of the tube bc of how thick it is, had to squeeze the life outta that thing to get it out. second, it felt so icky before it emulsified! it takes awhile to melt. felt like i was rubbing a thick hardened layer of petroleum jelly on my face the first time i used it, & even after rinsing my face had a film of leftover product. wont be repurchasing bc although you get a lot of product for $10, it just wasn’t that great for me compared to other products. for me, makeup removing should not be hard, but this made it hard! it’s not terrible, but not good either so i’ll stick to the other cleansing balms & oils i have!
