The name sounds rather catchy and I don't think I can ever forget it because the name is so easy to pronounce and spell. So what is Mixsoon? Mixsoon is a Korean skincare company whose entire line of products focus on using a single-ingredient pure-formula made with carefully selected best raw materials which are extracted with optimal extraction method. They do not include any harmful ingredients and only aim to provide their customers with the bestest results obtained from using products of highest quality made with pure ingredients. Mixsoon is all about purity and zero tolerance on harmfulness. It's amazing to know how many Korean skincare companies are going out their way to ensure the best for their customers. "Healthy skin starts with good ingredients"—that's the motto of this Korean skincare company and its name Mixsoon stands for 'Mix' meaning 'collaboration in harmony' and 'Soon' meaning 'pure ingredients'. A harmonious collaboration of nature and beauty. This brand is also vegan and animal-cruelty free, and if you hadn't known, Mixsoon has taken steps to becoming more sustainable. This can be seen in their packagings where they used recycled paper unit cartons instead of regular cartons. Since its founding in 2020, the Korean skincare company has come a long and it has made the global consumers happy due to its products which have proven great results. Mixsoon's popular Bean Essence was also quickly classified as "The Most Popular Facial Essence/Serum" in an online pre-launch of Olive Young (Korea's most famous Health & Beauty store). The secret to their products' amazing performance? The answer lies in their special extraction method which is used to preserve the best quality of the raw material (Their best ingredients). Recently, I received the Mixsoon Bean Essence which is a hit among skincare lovers around the world. I was glad to jump on the bandwagon and receive this bean essence to see what's the hype all about. Thank you Picky Team!!!! Now, let's get reviewing! 💦About Mixsoon Bean Essence 50 ml: Mixsoon Bean Essence is the number 1 multi-tasking essence /exfoliator/serum that helps to bring dull skin back to life. It has bean, pear, barley, and pomegranates extract to strengthen skin barrier while recharging moisture for a healthy and smooth complexion. The essence gently exfoliates skin which remove dead skin cells and unclog pores while it provides intense hydration and nourishment. It's also formulated with Fermented Bean Extract (amino acids) known to protect damaged skin and strengthen the skin barrier. This hero product restores cracked, flaky, or dry skin and maintain overall skin health. The fibrous 'Natto' texture thanks to the fermented soybeans provides intense hydration that is quickly absorbed into the skin to achieve a supple and glowing youthful-skin. What makes this essence very wonderful uys the skin concerns it addresses such as blackheads, acne, sensitive skin, and many more. It sinks well into the skin and doesn't leave any tackiness or greasiness. That's one of my favourite part about this essence. 💦Packaging: Starting off with its recycled paper carton unit, it has a rather plain design which didn't spark any excitement in me. I think that if I were to see it being displayed in a shop, I doubt I would reach for it because most of the time, I'm often attracted by fancy packagings 😬😂 I love the small details found on box's top such as its name and the security seal. The front packaging is literally plain with only the product's name displayed at the bottom. Instructions at the back are in Korean. Opening the unit carton up where the gem is kept, the Mixsoon Bean Essence is housed in a small, sturdy plastic bottle which has a pump and a translucent cap for hygienic purposes. It has a minimalist design and doesn't seem to evoke a sense of excitement from me. My favourite part about this packaging design is the pump which I find it really easy to press. Just a little press of the pump and a lot of essence comes out. Moreover, the bottle is transparent making it easy for me to view how much is left, and lastly, it's travel-size friendly! However, I'm worried about its content being 50 ml. With regular usage, I'm afraid I might soon empty it! At times like this, I do wish to have a bigger size instead! 💦Scent: It is scentless. 💦How To Use Mixsoon Bean Essence? 1. Take 2~3 pumps on your hands and apply to the skin after cleanser and toner. 2. Gently pat the product on face for absorption. 3. Continue the routine with a hydrating moisturizer. As An Exfoliant: 1. Massage this product on clean, dry face in circular motions. 2. Keep massaging with your fingers to "roll" off the dirt and dead skin cells. 3. Wipe the skin clean with a cotton pad moistened with toner. 4. Follow up with a moisturizer. 💦Who is Mixsoon Bean Essence for? All skin types. (¯`·._.·Personal Experiences·._.·´¯) I had a very splendid experience with the Mixsoon Bean Essence. For a first time user, I found it really multi-purpose, very good and had absolute no issues with it. In other words, my skin was loving every bit of this nourishing essence! The Mixsoon Bean Essence can be used as an essence or as an exfoliant. As a hydrating essence, I found it helped a lot with my dry skin and also gave my skin that dewy look which I always loved. Not only that, the essence helped to soothe inflamed skin too! Next, as an exfoliant, it helped to make my skin look brighter and cleaner. With regular use every single day, I was starting to see positive results when used either as a hydrating essence or as an exfoliant. My skin which was usually oily was not oily anymore. On some days, I used it as an essence and vice versa. To be honest, this was my first time coming across an essence that could be used as an exfoliant. What I basically loved about this Mixsoon Bean Essence were its ingredients which are fermented ingredients. This is because fermented ingredients helped to support the skin barrier and reduce skin inflammation and sensitivity. For someone like me who had sensitive skin, I found the essence really suitable and much to my liking. All in all, the Mixsoon Bean Essence was an absolute gem and a true face saver for me. As an essence that hydrated as well as exfoliated, my skin couldn't be any better without it. One of my favourite feature of this essence was that it could remove dead skin cells and minimize pores and regulate sebum production effectively. Ever since I got stuck into the skincare world, rarely did I come across a product that uses pure and ingredients, and being able to multitask. Being able to have an essence like this made me feel over the moon. Though the packaging didn't look high-end, I didn't really mind that as it was quality and performance that made this essence a powerful product. I also didn't experience any negative issues with it and hence, I am going to rate it a 5/5 stars!
