When I first applied this product to my skin, it did feel a little too white, but after five minutes, the color became evener and blended with my skin. The color produced from Skin Aqua Tone Up UV Essence is quite suitable for my skin. In my opinion, the tone-up results are not too overdone or too gray; I like the color. As additional information, my skin has a medium light skin tone and neutral undertones. What I like more about this product is that the finish looks excellent on my face. The finish isn't greasy, but it still looks dewy and glows like that, maybe because the texture has a bit of glitter. Perhaps this is also what is meant by the pearlized effect, so the face still looks radiant and brighter but looks unified.
