The active ingredient panthenol (also known as dexpanthenol) is familiar to almost every person who has used topical wound-healing treatments. It promotes optimal wound healing and reduces scar formation.
β₯οΈ This is my HG this dry season. I use this in the AM and it moisturizes my skin really well. I layer this one after a hydrating sheet mask and toner. It is also a good skin plumper because of the hyaluronic acid I think this would be too heavy for people with oily skin though.
