This is a chemical sunscreen. I really like this sun serum! the texture which in my opinion is like a watery lotion but is very light, easily absorbed by the skin and not sticky at all. This sun serum doesn't leave a white cast and doesn't make it greasy either, it actually hydrates and moisturizes the skin, it also has a dewy finish. There is no fragrance at all there is a slight brightening effect.
