This Urban Calm Gel cleanser from Factory is so refreshing, it foams up in your hands. Has a nice light scent and leaves your skin super soft and clean. Has fermented pear for hydration, LHA for exfoliating, and it's antioxidant rich. Your not just cleansing your face your getting good benefits to your skin. I like that it's cruelty free, no artificial colors, no parabens or sulfates.

Can't think of any complaints.
