Tocobo - missionhydration review for Powder Cream Lip Balm 031 Rose Burn

This lip balm promises to give a velvet matte finish but feel moisturising at the same time. It has been enriched with a high concentration of Sweet Almond and Macadamia oils to prevent your lips drying out. 🌹I love the shade and the matte look (although it feels too pigmented for a tinted lip balm) but I don’t like the feel. The powder content is very noticeable in the texture and contrary to the claims I find this to be very drying 😢 my lips actually became damaged after repeated application which is something that I have found to be a problem in many matte lip products. 🌹I’m not sure lip balm is the right description for this product, I think sheer lipstick would be more appropriate. If you have suffered from dry lips due to matte products in the past, you should probably steer clear of this one 😔
