It contains brightening ingredients like vitamin C and retinol, as well as vitamin e and many hydrating ingredients. Despite the ingredients that have the tendency to be drying and sensitizing, it is a well balanced formula that leaves the skin feeling lightly hydrated and fresh. The scent is not very strong, and it glides smoothly across skin, absorbing quickly for a smooth finish.

I have been using this for a few weeks and haven't seen much of a difference to my skin, but as it has great ingredients it might work very well for others and could be a good way to introduce your skin to retinol without risking irritation and poor reactions.
I will not ever buy this myself, because it is from Amway, an MLM (multilevel marketer, aka a pyramid scheme).
