You pump the product and it comes out of the sides of the ball then you massage in with the ball. It contains 10,000ppm of plant derived collagen complex, 5 types of peptides, niacinamide & adenosine Clinically proven to reduce eye wrinkles There is a light floral scent and no stickiness. I'm really liking using this.
