I had a gift card from Mecca so I decided to splurge ($45 AUD) and by this product from @Necessaire. They are the ultimate it girl
Aesthetic brand. Their packaging is so elegant and simple it makes me feel more mature than I really am.
The reason I choose this product is because I’m eternally on the search for an exfoliator that can manage my body acne and ingrown hair situation. A lot of skincare products are either physical or chemical . //*This product is both !*//
It offers 6.5% Physical Exfoliation and 1.25% Chemical Exfoliation
The key ingredients are
-Volcanic Pumice (physical exfoliant)
-Charcoal Pumice (physical exfoliant)
-Glycolic Acid (chemical exfoliant)
-Lactic Acid (chemical exfoliant)
-Salicylic Acid (chemical exfoliant)
-Gluconolactone (chemical exfoliant)
-Niacinamide
What it targets
-Dry Patches
-KP (keratosis Pilaris)
-Body Acne ( not stated on website , but I do find it helps)
-I would also like to note this brand is vegan and Climate Neutral and Plastic Neutral
My Thoughts
I LOVE this! Product! I instantly noticed a differnce. My skin has never been this smooth in my entire life
The texture is gel which enables you are to buff in the product really well ( a little goes along way) . I apply it when My skin is damp.
Despite my dry sensitive skin I did not experience any irritation at all.
I do follow exfolianting with body moisturizer. But I will say prior to Moisturiser my skin did not feel dry or rough at all.
I have only been using this for a couple of weeks and I have already noticed a huge difference. Reduction in blemishes and ingrown hairs.
I highly highly recommend this product.It’s definitely worth the price if you consider both the effectiveness and the amount of product you get!
