Oat Cleansing Balm

It's a balm that once heated with your hands melts and massaged on the face it eliminates makeup, for waterproof makeup like mascara you have to insist a little. I find that for its price it is an excellent product

not the best I have tried but it works well, just massage it a little more on the eyes
