Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Pro + Eye Cream is a hypoallergenic moisturizer with retinol that is fragrance free. It has a nice thick lush, light and creamy texture that is easily applied under and around your eyes at night to help with wrinkles and dark circles. It doesn't leave a greasy or sticky feeling afterwards. I find it to be strengthening and hydrating and you only need to apply a tiny amount.
I have slight under eye bags, but I've been getting less sleep and my skin has been real dehydrated the past few weeks. I noticed the bags under my eyes getting puffy causing them to look bigger and dark. I have only been using it for a few days so I can not say much about the disappearing/fading of wrinkles. I have noticed slight improvement in the discoloration under my eyes where it's starting to lighten up/brighten and become more hydrated. My undereye skin is also smoother, moist, plump and rejuvenated after applying.
