This micellar water is made for sensitive skin and is meant to be less harsh and more hydrating, while still effectively washing off dirt, oil, creams, and makeup.
I personally don't use makeup, but I use a LOT of sunscreen so I always double cleanse to make sure all those occlusive layers are properly removed.
I actually thought this micellar water was pretty great. Others I found had a very drying effect that made my skin feel pretty sensitive, but this actually felt nice and I didn't feel terribly guilty on days that I was too exhausted to do more than remove my sunscreen and throw on a moisturizer. It didn't feel stripping on my skin and I definitely felt like it effectively removed everything I needed it to.
