Claims: A foundation with buildable medium coverage with SPF 40 formulated with skincare ingredients to hydrate and balance skin for a natural dewy finish.
I have fair skin with yellow undertones and selected the shade Fair Ivory, which is a good match for my skin. This foundation comes in a plastic squeeze tube and he texture is creamy, which works for me because I have combination skin. ~1/2 teaspoon is enough to cover my whole face using a wet beauty sponge. The product is medium coverage as claimed and made my skintone more even by covering most of my skin redness (I have sensitive skin). I was pleased to notice that the coverage is buildable without resulting in a cakey look. The added glycerin, niacinamide (2%), snail secretion filtrate, sodium hyaluronate, green tea extract, vitamin E, and SPF 40 are nice to have in a makeup product that I use every work day.
What I didn't like about this product:
- Very pricey for the amount you get: $44 for 32 mL
- Contains fragrance, which is noticeable but not overwhelming.
- Does not live up to its claim of a 24h wear as it starts looking cakey and separate after approximately 10 hours of wear
Overall I prefer cheaper drugstore foundation over this expensive one.
