I am sure I don’t need to go into the importance of using SPF every single day if you are a skin care lover, like me, so I will just say: use your SPF and reapply!!!
Hamel Vegan Relief Water Essence Sun Cream SPF 50+ is vegan, fragrance-free and full of skin-soothing ingredients.
The name suggests a rather thick texture, but I was pleasantly surprised by your lightweight essence cream that is quite liquid and makes application a breeze. It does not leave any white cast on my skin and sinks in very smoothly with a beautiful glowy finish. I do have a very fair skin tone, though, so you may have a different result if you are more tanned.
The main things I look for in sunscreens are high SPF, non-sticky finish and no eye irritation. This one takes off all those boxes. Even after attending a sweaty sports class, there is no stinging or burning in my eyes. My skin is dry/sensitive and I thoroughly enjoy the fact that this SPF fragrance free.
The packaging reminds me of the famous HaruHaru packaging, but pretty much looks like an egg. I would have preferred a tube, as this packaging is really hard to store, as it can’t stand up on its own, it needs to lay flat. I also think I may not be able to get all the product out, as it cannot be cut up like a tube when it is running out. However, this packaging is great for traveling, as it is very sturdy and won’t accidentally break.
