When I first bought this and reviewed it I left a bad review talking about how it was wet and extremely clumpy and how bad the brush was. However after this sat for a good 3 weeks I used it and fell in love with it. There was a learning curve but this is now a HG product for me and if you stick with me I'll explain why.
This brush is extremely unique and I've used curved wands before but they were made of bristles instead of silicone which I preferred prior to using this. Now that I know you have to use both sides of the brush to achieve the extreme length that's advertised....I adore this mascara.
This is a wetter formula which will give you the time to play and learn the brush before it start setting. I'll demonstrate the 1st coat and 2nd coat and how I hold the brush for better understanding in pictures. Once the brush is mastered then you just need to work it and manipulate your lashes to give the desired look.
I'm so happy I gave this a second chance. Knowing that there is a few mascaras out there that I like better away its open for a couple weeks I try not to hate on a product to quickly. However I tried and tried with this one an it gave me clumpy messes over and over before learning how to work with the brush instead of having it work against me.
I'm a strong believe in drugstore making amazing mascaras and that you don't need to pay high end prices for long gorgeous lashes. And mayballene came through again with this one and now I understand why there is such a strong following behind it. This never flashes, clumps ,spiders or smudges on me and never leaves me raccoon eyed no matter how long I wear it. This is truly one of the secret gems 💎 at the drugstore! 🤩

Learn the wand, don't give up and if you need let it sit for 2-3 weeks before trying and there is nothing wrong with this mascara however if you don't understand the brush you'll probably end up hating this like I did. Hopefully my pictures are helpful
