This is a huge bottle, so I saturate a cotton pad and then wipe my whole face and neck.I can't comment much on this as I've recently started using it. This toner has a minimum ingredient list which is great for my sensitive skin. Without this daily hydrating water my lovely Cosrx, Galactomyces 95 Tone Balancing Essence did not live up to the hype but once I started using them together it completely changed my experience.
