🌞PRODUCT AND SIZING: Barr Centella Calming gel essence, 60 ml
🎁PRESENTATION: It comes in a dark brown plastic bottle with a pump. I read it somewhere that dark bottles protect what’s inside from the sun better than clear bottles.
💦STAR INGREDIENTS: It lists its main ingredient on the bottle: Centella asiatica (leaf water+ extract) 85%, Panthenol 0.4%, in addition to asiaticoside and madecassoside.
🌺TEXTURE and SCENT: It has a beautiful gel body. has a pleasant scent that may come from centella asiatica. It does not contain any fragrance.
👨🦱 MY THOUGHTS: This is not a typical gel essence. It is very light and airy; it is so pretty to look at and also so fun to use. It instantly cools my skin on contact. Unlike some gel products I have used, this does not sit on my skin, it does not dry up as white flakes, and it is not sticky. I like all three Barr products I am trying right now, but I think this is my favorite. I notice that I keep reaching for this gel essence in my bathroom. It looks like something out of a magical storybook, and it calms and hydrates my skin. I will like this even more when it gets warmer.
