jamnesreen review for Matte Sun Stick Mugwort + Camelia

Tried this a couple of times and so far so good! Here are my thoughts: Packaging: I like that they went for the environmentally friendly box. The component itself is so handy too so that’s a plus. You can bring it everywhere and re-apply everywhere.the only con for me is that since it is a bit smaller than the usual sunstick in the market, you have to really work it in with a couple of swipes when applying. Performance & Formulation: This sunscreen has SPF 50 PA++++ which is a pretty good protection! This has mugwort and camelia and is formulated for the oily skin types. It’s marketed to be a “matte sun stick” but upon application, it’s only semi-matte and when you apply this top of skincare, you’ll still see that glow and a bit of dewyness but when applied alone, you’ll get that velvety powdery finish which I love! I wouldn’t say that it’s lightweight because you could really feel that there’s something in there sitting on top of your skin but compared to the usual liquidy sunscreens, this is on the lighter side. This did not break me out so that’s another plus for me! Overall, this is a good sunscreen and worth the try!
