Absolute favorite way to use this mask is before a heavy duty retinol or after a really intense peel. Super duper hydrating which I honestly don't expect out of a clay mask. It works really well at refining my texture and giving some much needed hydration and sense of calm to the skin after (or before) some chemical abuse. This won't really make sense but it's kind of airy but smooth out of the jar but still applies and dries like a typical clay mask. Smells great, leaves me smooth and hydrated, also appears to refine texture. Have repurchased this multiple times.
