This product is thick and super hydrating which makes it a perfect night cream for my combo-dry skin in the Winter. It feels heavy going on but sheers out and absorbs in pretty quickly. After that it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, just very moisturizing. I usually use a facial oil as a final step in my nighttime routine to seal all of my products in, but this cream is occlusive enough that I can skip that step. There is a light scent but it isn’t very noticeable and didn’t cause any irritation, though it may if you’re sensitive to fragrance. Since I started using this cream the fine lines on my forehead have been less noticeable, especially in the morning when they usually look their worst. The long-lasting hydration this cream provides plumps my skin and evens out texture in the process, but I’m not sure there’s been any permanent change. I do like the results I see and my skin barrier is definitely happy but I'm not sure it's worth the high price. As for the packaging - I really appreciate that's it's refillable! It's better for our wallets and the environment.
