This is probably my favourite cleanser! Its a thick gel cleanser that lathers into rich, yet gentle foam. It doesn’t strip the skin; rather, it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soothed, while still providing an effective cleanse.
The sensorial experience of using this is one of the highlights. The package is gorgeous, yet minimal. The cleanser has a gorgeous yuzu fruit scent - I would bathe in that scent if I could. Despite the fragrance, it doesn’t irritate my skin.
However, it has been recently reformulated to be fragrance free, so that’s great if you’re concerned about fragrance.
My only problem with this cleanser is the size. At 80ml for $16USD, its not necessarily expensive, but you get less product for the price in comparison to other cleansers. For example, the Krave Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser contains 120ml of product for the same price.
I understand that this product was designed to be easy to travel with, but the volume for the price is definitely something to keep in mind.
