Birthday Skin Primer - Hydrating

It forms a fine layer on your skin to soften, brighten and smooth out imperfections! Until recently I didn't use a primer before putting on foundation (guilty!), this is the first one I've tried and I'm finding it very good but if you have any other primers to recommend write to me in the comments, I accept any advice!!!
