Short review: I use the toner after cleansing on my AM and PM routine. It seems viscous but it absorbs fast, so I apply it in layers (2 or 3 layers). It hydrates my skin and prepares it for the next step.

Nothing special if you expect to see miracles, it is a hydrating toner.
