I find this light, watery toner to be very refreshing and moisturizing š§ on the skin. The finish is a dewy one and not tacky š

An extra note that LHA is still an exfoliant, some sensitive skin types may not want to use these every single day āØ
I find that products with panthenol tend to be a little heavy, even on my dry, dehydrated skin š¶ In a sense where it seems to leave a layer of moisture on the skin that takes some time to settle.
