Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density

I have been using this product for 2-3 months. I don’t see a difference , but my sister said she sees a difference.

I wash my hair frequently, but the serum makes my hair look greasy) and dirty. Can be seen in the photo. I can’t do much with my hair when it’s clean even less once I apply the serum to my scalp. I have fine, thin hair so if you have the same hair type, don’t bother with this product.
