Anytime usually before you sleep, before facing dry air, after exfoliating the lips.I love to swipe it in a few layers.
It lasts like forever.this is also my second purchase. Wearing it for prolong use just repairs your lips and eventually your lips will be looking healthier even without it. Purchased it 2 times already in a span of hald a decade. That's just how long it sticks with me.
