To be honest I have never before tried any masks with RETINOL as it’s active ingredient. So I was really wasn’t sure what to expect out of it.
**alert call to people who haven’t tried Retinol before, because I’m not sure what is the percentage of Retinol in this product, you may want to start with a serum with lower concentration for starters just until your skin gets used to it**
Now, having said that, let’s dove into the ask itself. So this one is a sheet mask. And just like any other sheets, this one comes in a standard size (however, it did not fit my face), but the sheet is very thin compared to others I’ve used before. So it immediately hugs/clings to your skin. Has no fragrance. But what is has a real good ingredients like :
🌸Super hyaluronic acid🌸 - it helps skin stretch and flex. Reduces skin wrinkles thus moisturising the skin and minimising the signs of ageing.
🌸Collagen🌸 - it helps to preserve skin elasticity, keeping our skin from sagging and giving us that plump, youthful look we all desire.
🌸Retinol🌸 - it increases skin cell production. It exfoliates your skin and increases collagen production, which can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, giving your skin a fresher, plump appearance.
I loved the product. As you can see from picture. It gave a boost of shine and hydration my cleansed skin. Had to wait until the product got absorbed totally before I could apply moisturiser. Even after the mask, the packet had little bit of goodie left in which I took the opportunity to rub all over my legs and arms 😋
Would love some sheets fitting my face. But since they are made for universal size and shape, that would be difficult. It’s just that I have seen Korean masks fitting the face on l-dramas. I guess, those are edited?!? Other than fitting, found no issue with the mask at all 🫶🏻
