I am probably one of Clinique's biggest fans, I love Clinique skincare and makeup as it seems to be made for my sensitive dry skin.
I have been using this clarifying lotion, and clarifying lotion 2 for years, as well as the dramatically different moisturising lotion. The three step skincare is such a classic.
My skin tends to get very dry in some places and flakey, and this clarifying lotion works so well, to even out my skintone and give it hydration- ready for the third step in my skincare.
After cleansing my face I then use this lotion on a cotton pad and gently swipe this over my face. It removes the excess makeup that my cleanser doesn't quite get.
The lotion has the consistency of water, I find that a little goes a long way. The smell can be a little strong, but its something I've definitely got used to!
