I don’t usually use toner but do double cleansing after using a tinted sunscreen. I thought double cleansing (face wash + cleansing balm) is enough to make sure that there is no more residue left. But, this toner really impressed me. This toner can remove remaining dirts and dead skin cells on my face, just look at the cotton pad. I love this toner since day 1 I use it 😍 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 8-relieful complex that brings relief to hot, inflamed and irritated skin. Centella Asiatica that sooths and moizturizes skin PHA & LHA that exfoliates and improves skin texture I still continue using this toner to see weather it could brighter my skin or not.
