This balm cleanser is AMAZING, it removes waterproof and 24h makeup in seconds, without causing any irritating my skin or eyes.
The packaging is 10/10 because it doesn't allow contamination, unlike most cleansing balms that come in a rub.
I suggest to use it with dry face and hands, rub it on the face for a good minute and then rinse for 2 minutes with slightly warm water (NOT warm, NOT hot) making sure to get it off completely.
In the images uploaded I show: the front and back of the cleanser with the ingredients, the product and its texture, the before and after with waterproof makeup (the lipstick is just matte, NOT waterproof).
There is nothing wrong with this product, but I prefer skincare products with no fragrance even tho this cleanser has some.
But don't worry, the fragrance isn't strong and it hasn't irritated or reddened my skin or eyes, but if you skin is VERY VERY sensitive I suggest a fragrance free alternative.
