This Cell Fusion C line is made to give a perfect pH balance of 4.5 for the skin by hydrating it to the maximum. Made for sensitive skin with calming properties.

My experience :
From the application on my pad skin filled with this liquid of fantastic ingredients you find an unparalleled freshness. A calming reaction, a softness of the skin, it did me so much good. My skin was so soft I loved the experience.
