ACWELL - Snowbeauty review for ACWELL Licorice pH Balancing Intensive Eye Cream

I received this product for free from Picky and Acwell in exchange for my honest review. This toner has a watery texture and a green tea scent. The toner absorbs very quickly into the skin. It's formulated with licorice water and green tea and has a 5.5 pH level. I've been using this one for three weeks and nowadays my pores are cleaner and less visible, because it hydrates and balances the oiliness without drying my skin.
