I was so intrigued to try the Yerba Mate Resurfacing Energy Facial after my friends, Katie (@beautyinmonolids) & Julia (@jbeauty_tokyo) raved about it! At that very moment, I knew I had to get it, so I had a little #AddToCartMoment online with @sephora! 🛒🙈

About the Product: A dual-action microdermabrasion facial that breaks down dead skin cells with active enzymes (papaya, and pineapple), while sustainable micro-exfoliants (bamboo and diatomaceous earth) smoothen the skin texture. Amplified by highly caffeinated extracts (yerba mate and guayusa), this two-minute facial instantly energizes and invigorates the skin.
Key Ingredients are; Yerba Mate, Guayusa, Papain (Papaya Enzymes), Bromelain (Pineapple Enzymes), Bamboo, Diatomaceous Earth, Passion Fruit, Dragon Fruit, and Aloe Vera.
Texture: Thick, Creamy, and Gritty because of the micro-exfoliants.
Scent: A mild herbal/earthy like scent, but no perfume/fragrance.

This resurfacing facial packs a punch being a chemical and physical exfoliator! You get the benefits of both in one jar! I absolutely love the way it makes my skin feel; clean, smooth and energized! It's super easy to use, smoothen an even layer on clean, damp skin, and leave it on for 2 minutes. The enzymes start to activate causing a mild heating sensation. Gently scrub, and voila, smooth skin!

The only downside is that I found a pretty big air-pocket inside, which makes me question the quantity and pricing. But otherwise, I absolutely love it! ❤️
