Cicarecipe Cleansing Foam

product review positives
BEAUSTA CICARECIPE CLEANSING FOAM ------------ Foam cleanser formulated with cica, 100ml, made in Korea |Claims:| "Helps to soothe sensitive skin stimulated by various internal and external causes" |Texture:| First a gel-like, green consistency. Easily made to white foam. |Does the cleanser effectively remove dirt, oil, and impurities from the skin?| --> This cleanser is used as a second cleanse after an oil cleanser. It effectively removes any resedue of the previous oil cleanser, dirt and impurities. |Does the cleanser leave the skin feeling clean and refreshed?| --> After the cleanse, the skin doesn't feel tight or irritated. It feels clean and soft, hydrated and calm. It is very gentle for a foam cleanser. |Is the cleanser suitable for my specific skin type (e.g., dry, oily, combination, sensitive)?| --> I have oily, textured and sensitive skin that is prone to clogging and dehydration. I would say that this cleanser is well suited for my skin type because of its gentleness and its hydrating/soothing ingredients (sensitive + prone dehydration) and its foam texture (oily skin + texture + clogging). I prefer gentle cleansers, but some people with my skin type could prefer "harsher" cleansers due to oily skin, it might not be enough for some. I belive it's also very suitable for dry and combination skin. |Does the cleanser cause any irritation or redness on the skin?| --> No irritation, dryness or redness! It's very soothing and gentle! |Does the cleanser contain potentially harmful ingredients?| --> Alcohol-free, Paraben-free, Silicone-free, Sulfate-free, Non-comedogenic |Does the cleanser have a pleasant scent?| --> It does have a scent but I like it! It smells kind of herbaly and clean, it's very relaxing. |Is the packaging of the cleanser convenient and easy to use?| --> Nice packaging! It is a tube with a cap at the bottom. However, the cap is quite easy to open (it's kinda loose), so it might not be very travel friendly if not stored safely. |Does the cleanser offer good value for its price?| --> 11,99$ on Amazon for 100ml. I got it for a bit cheaper at Tkmaxx, so I wouldn't repurchase the cleanser at its full price simply because it's nothing that special and I do not want to spend a lot of money on cleansers but rather on other products. |Have I noticed any visible improvements or changes in my skin with consistent use of the cleanser?| --> I often have a bit of an irritated skin after foam cleansers, when I switched to this one that didn't occur. It does soothe the skin after a double cleanse, which is all. (This however is also all the product claims to do, so that's absolutely fine) |Would I repurchase the cleanser or recommend it to others?| --> Like said, I would repurchase it for a lower retail price again, not its full price. I would recommend it for my sensitive skin companians!
product review negatives
Like said, the packaging might not be travel friendly due to its loose/easily opened cap. It's very simple, so it isn't bad but also not breathtaking :)
