When I first started using it, my skin felt like burning after a few minutes, so I took it off immediately but it didn't irritate or inflame me. The second chance I gave it there was no reaction. Maybe it was because I already had sensitive skin from another product. It does not come with a spare and the sponge to apply it does not absorb too much.
