I let it sit on my body for a few minutes before rinsing allowing the oatmeal in it to soothe and calm down my skin when it's irritated or itchy. It provides moisture for me and leaves my skin smooth and calm. This is my go to when my skin needs to be soothed and feel good. I recommend it for those with irritable, dry and Eczema skin.
