Mugwort Calming Toner

On to the review!🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️ This has been my calming soothing go-to since I got it and I am obsessed! I keep it in the fridge and usually apply it with my hands, but sometimes I'll soak some cotton pads and place them on my chin and cheeks for a few minutes. It soothes my redness and irritation on contact and I'm super grateful for that. I love Mugwort and this toner just does all the things for me. When applying with the hands you have to be gentle so it doesn't foam up, but I've found that to be the case with most of my favorite watery toners so it isn't a big deal for me.
