I’m not gonna lie: I am addicted to Round Lab and especially their Dokdo cleanser which I stocked up on when it was on sale. However, when I came across this relatively new cleanser from their birch juice line, I couldn’t resist to order it. This cleanser is completely different than the Dokdo cleanser (a thick cream) as it is transparent and more like a gel. It foams up easily and nicely, which makes it definitely enjoyable to use. I think it is quite similar to the green BOJ plum cleanser but the consistency is thicker.
But most importantly: It is not stripping. I love the Dokdo cleanser because it leaves my skin so smooth and soft and this birch juice cleanser is similarly perfect. If you are someone who struggles with irritated skin or who is prone to redness and a damaged skin barrier: this is for you.
It’s a great cleanser for an „affordable“ price (11-13€/150ml) that normally lasts around 1 1/2 - 2 months if you use it twice a day. As it foams up easily you don’t need much product in order to cover your face in bubbles.
