The brush is thin and easy to move around. I think it applies pretty well with being a wetter formula. It can be a bit messy if not careful. I think it can add length and volume for sure. I love using it for my lower lash line because of how thin the brush is and the formula is nice on my lower lashes!

Can be a bit messy.
