Byomas hydrating serum sadly was not a great product for me personally which really bummed me out after LOVING the cleanser so much!!! I live in Florida. on the West Coast Gulf of Mexico and our family is always in the water or on the water... It's extremely humid and always sticky and hot. After using the serum it left my skin feeling sticky, I attempted giving it more time to absorb but still felt sticky, like a layer of jelly was coated on my face which in this humidity is not comfortable. I do however have combo skin that errs more on the oily side the older I get, so I feel that my specific skin type isn't what this serum was geared towards but more to the type of my teenage girls who don't follow such a strict regimen with their skincare routine just yet... I did use it recently on a few of my daughters friends who I styled for Prom, and it worked really well as priming base pre makeup application with two girls who had dry flaky skin that I thought would be a real nightmare getting a flawless complexion and glow for… Great product for those dryer types who need extra hydration and again a really great price point. also love that this line is available in Target stores, so teens have easier access to purchase and a HUGE shout-out to Byoma for the way they have the ingredients listed, so even a 12-year-old can understand them and even better is how they list order of product application!!!
