Neulii AC Clean Saver Toner is a viscous texture toner and absorbs quickly into the skin with any sticky residue.

*Adenosine smoothens wrinkles and fine lines, while Niacinamide brightens up dull skin.
*Controls sebum secretion and offers soothing effect to skin.
Unfortunately, same thing as with the Neulii AC Clean Saver Cream, this toner stings my face. So bummed out. This would probably work for acne-prone skin or normal skin type.
