Phyto Plump Collagen Toner

🌱A vegan toner that claims to restore bounce and moisture in aging and dehydrated skin. I'm at half a bottle and so far nothing noticeable in terms of reducing wrinkles and fine lines. However, it does well with hydrating my face. My skin feels softer after using this toner.

Nothing bad that I know of. I don't know much about the ingredients in this toner.
