This eye cream is rich & buttery and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin moisturized but not oily. It contains sunflower seed oil and peptides to improve fine lines, while caffeine helps to de-puff. I really like this one. It layers well under makeup with no pilling. My eye area feels very hydrated after using this, and I feel like it can be used any time of year. The cream has no scent. I can’t really say too much on the puffiness, because I have bags for days (they are genetic 👎), and no amount of eye cream in the world can help them!
