This lip syrup is gold!! The consistency is somewhere between a balm and an oil, but it is not sticky or tacky at all. It absorbs deep into the skin to hydrate lips and keep them soft and supple all day long. It does not have a flavor or fragrance so you won’t feel a need to constantly lick your lips and wipe it off.
